Our company has its own exhibition space of 2,000 sq.m. in the city of Serres. However, since our products are thousands, it is not possible to see them all in the exhibition. All our products have a 2-year warranty of good operation (The warranty does not cover any damage done during the assembly of the product or any other damage). We are responsible for the safety of your products until they are received by you if we deliver them to your place and we guarantee that, for any damage they suffer during their transport, we will cover you 100%.
Once you receive your order, you must thoroughly check the pieces of the products for any defects, bumps, damages, tears, damages. As long as they are in perfect condition, you can proceed with their assembly. This check does not have to be done at the exact moment you receive your order.
