SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR GREECE
  • COURIER - DELIVERY ON YOUR DOOR
If you select this option then your order will be shipped with a courier company and automatically the system will charge you the shipping cost. IMPORTANT: In this case, our company undertakes any responsibility for product safety for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. If any loss or damage is found, you should report it within 24 hours.
 
  • TRANSPORT & DELIVER TO THE PAVEMENT OF YOUR ADDRESS
If you chose this option then your order will be sent with the transporting company, which we cooperate and the system will charge you, automatically, the delivery fee. The cost of this option concludes the delivery fee to the pavement of your address which u gave us. (The guidelines apply to the big centers (capitals) of the districts in Greece and the islandstoo). If your address is out of the center of the district (village or small town) then you need to go to the transport base to claim your order (products). In case though you wish to receive your order (village destination), then you need to reach by phone the transport company for further details and extra costs that may occur.
(This option requires phone communication with the transporting company).
IMPORTANT: In this case our company undertakes the responsibility for the safety of your products for any loss or damage that may occur during the transportation, so when you find out any loss or damage you have to report that to our call center within 24 hours. By the time your order is complete the delivery time estimated up to 6-10 working days accordingly to which district is the given address. We want to inform you that the delivery time runs from the day that your order's payment is in full.


 
  • TRANSPORT & RECEIVING FROM THE TRANSPORT BASE
If you choose this option then your order will be sent with the cooperating transporting company and automatically the system will charge you the delivery fee. The cost of this option concludes the transportation of your products to the nearest transport base of your district and consequently, you take the responsibility of receiving your order from the transport base.
IMPORTANT: In this case our company undertakes the responsibility for the safety of your products for any loss or damage that may occur during the transportation, so when you find out any loss or damage you have to report that to our call center within 24 hours. By the time your order is complete the delivery time estimated up to 6-10 working days accordingly to which district is the given address. We want to inform you that the delivery time runs from the day that your order's payment is in full.
  • RECEIVING FROM OYR FACILITIES-STORAGE FACILITY OF OUR COMPANY
If you chose this option, you need to come to our storage facilities and receive your products by yourselves. That means the system won't charge you with delivery fee.
We let you know as soon as your order is complete to come and receive your order.
IMPORTANT: In this option you take the responsibility of keeping the products safe during the transportation and our company has no responsibility of any loss or damage that may occur during the transportation.
 
  • YOU CHOOSE THE TRANSPORTING COMPANY TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER FROM OUR STORAGE FACILITIES
You need to inform us when your wish is to bring your own transporting company and give us all the information about the specific transporting company.
IMPORTANT: In this option our company has no responsibility of any loss or damage that may occur during the transportation. The whole responsibility impacts you and the transporting company of your choice.
